Baseball Strength Training

Hi everybody today we are going to be talking about The One Hand Trainers Bat along with Baseball Strength Training and the drills needed to improve your hitting mechanics.  Like any competitive sport it’s always import to have experienced coaches and or trainers guiding you.  However the equipment used to do the drills repeatedly is one of the key factors in becoming an “All Star Player”.  Think about it, if your training with improper equipment and your doing these drills on a regular basics this could lead to developing bad habits, in which will effect your game.  The One Hand Trainers is used to strengthen your bottom and top hand during tee drill, soft toss or on deck.  Available in 3 different sizes, 18, 20, 25, this bat is suitable for professional, college, high school, serious and Little League youth players.  See our attached you tube video to demonstrate Baseball Strength Training.  Also check out what’s new for 2012,

Baseball Training Workouts

Today we are going to be talking about Baseball Training Workouts combined with "The Pancake Glove".  The Pancake Glove is a perfect tool for developing good fielding mechanics.  Its shape which represents a pancake is designed to emphasize proper fielding technique along with developing soft hands.  Fielding grounders is a great drill to do with this glove.  Another effective drill to be done is throw 2 consecutive balls after one another to your player, have him/her miss the first one and field the second, this drill focuses on concentration and keeping you eye on the ball.  This can be done with pitching a machine as well, fielding grounders or hitting.  The concept is to keep you eye on the ball-always, weather you are hitting or pitching.  This glove is used by many pro infield instructors.  It's baseball season so let's get ready4baseball.
